We use a step-by-step program to ensure customer satisfaction
throughout the renovation project:
Project manager arrives for free at-home estimate. You receive
a project cost estimate with no obligation for payment. You may
also choose to simply buy the blueprints for the project and continue
at a later date.
You meet with the architect and engineer and review pre-sketches
of the project. This allows you to identify any changes you want
before the project is started.
We obtain construction permits from the city/county. This ensures
that you are receiving the highest quality work as required by a
certified building inspector, and avoids paying fines later. Don't
let other contractors convince you that permits are optional!
